Del Ray Artisans (DRA) is pleased to announce the January 2010 show, “New Work for a New Year”. This exhibit, for both DRA members and non-members, provides local artists a platform to show recent work, which has not been previously exhibited.
Because the year 2009 was eventful in so many ways, artists are being asked to not only show their work but also provide a few words describing what has been influencing them lately. This will be a cash and carry event so purchasers will not need to return at the conclusion of the show to retrieve purchases.
The show will be at the Del Ray Artisans gallery at the Nicholas A. Colasanto Center, 2704 Mt. Vernon Avenue, Alexandria, Virginia 22301. Gallery hours are: Thursdays, 12noon to 4pm; Fridays, 12noon to 9pm; Saturdays, 10am to 9pm; and Sundays, 12noon to 6pm.
