Fairfax County Police are asking for the public’s assistance in locating Joseph Snow Schrotz, 19, of no fixed address. Schrotz is a white male, about 6 feet 1 inches tall and weighs approximately 200 pounds.

Alexandria Police Identify Homicide Victim From Double Shooting On East Monroe Avenue
[From: Courts & Crime]Alexandria Police have identified the victim of Friday’s homicide as Kossi Djossou, 19, of Fairfax County. On Friday, December 18, at approximately 7:30 P.M., officers responded for a report of shots fired. Upon their arrival, they found two victims. One victim was transported to a local hospital. The second victim was pronounced dead at the scene. An autopsy will be performed to determine the cause and manner of death.

Two People Robbed At Wendy’s In Penn Daw
[From: Courts & Crime]Two people were robbed at the Wendy’s restaurant, located at 6329 Richmond Highway, on Saturday, December 12. Two men wearing masks entered the restaurant around 8:33 p.m. One suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money from a male customer waiting in line while the second suspect stood nearby. The customer complied and handed over his wallet.
Child Sexually Assaulted At Park
[From: Courts & Crime]A seven-year-old boy was sexually assaulted around 11:15 a.m. on Saturday, December 12, at Lee District Park, 6601 Telegraph Road. The boy went into a bathroom where he was confronted by a man who allegedly sexually assaulted him. After leaving the bathroom, the boy told his mother what happened and she summoned police. Several citizens kept the suspect in sight until police arrived and took him into custody. The victim was not injured.
