Tennis Regionals
For the second time in three years, the T.C. Williams Boys Tennis Team is heading to regional AAA competition.

Sorority Program
The Alexandria-based Phi Nu Omega Chapter of Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority Inc. will host the second annual Young Black Male Initiative on Saturday, May 2, at George Washington Middle School, 1005 Mount Vernon Ave., Alexandria. The event will be attended by 15 to 20 George Washington students.

Girls in Technology
In partnership with Women in Technology, seventh-grade girls represented Alexandria City Public Schools and Francis C. Hammond Middle School at the seventh annual Sharing Our Success program held after school on April 23 at the Freddie Mac offices in McLean.

Planetarium Registration
Registration opens May 1 for the fourth “A Night With the Stars” monthly T.C. Williams High School Planetarium show, scheduled for May 26. Doors will open at 7 p.m. for “Catastrophes in our Solar System — Planetary Killers,” which will run from 7:30 to 8:30 p.m.
